10am – 11.45am: Registration & Sumo Suit Collection
10.30am: Sumo Yoga Sessions
11.50am: Sumo Warmup
12 noon: 5km Sumo Run Ireland (4 laps of Bray seafront)
1pm: Sumo Afterparty – Bray Gospel Choir & The Happy Pear Truck!
Online registration closes at 3pm on Saturday at www.sumorun.ie

The event is open to anyone aged 7 and over.

Getting There:
The event takes place beside the bandstand on Bray seafront.
By Car: Use the official event car park at BIFE Novara Ave Bray (5 min walk from event start)
By DART: Bray DART station is a 5 min walk from event start.
Bag Drop:
There will be a supervised bag storage area at the event. Bags left at your own risk.
The Route:
The 5km Sumo Run Route is made up of 4 laps of a 1.26km loop of Bray Seafront and Promenade. The surface underfoot is tarmac and concrete.
