Getting there:

Use the College Road entrance to Marlay Park and NOT the main Marlay House entrance.
Free car parking near the event start/finish village. Please car pool as parking may be limited.

The 5km Sumo Run Route is made up of 1 lap of a 5k loop of Marlay Park. The surface underfoot is tarmac.

Event Timetable:

9.30am-11.45am: Registration and Sumo Suit Collection Opens.

10.30am: Sumo Yoga

12 noon: Sumo Run Ireland starts.
